The Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort (formerly the Hawaiian Regent) is a newly renovated hotel located across the street from famous Waikiki Beach and the recently revitalized Kuhio Beach area. This full-service hotel has many amenities that include 2 heated pools, hot tub, spa, 6 restaurants, lounge, pool bar and grill, business center, fitness room, variety of boutique shops, live Hawaiian entertainment, sundry store, complimentary hospitality lounge (for early arrivals and late departures), central laundry facilities, tour desk and a concierge.
The spacious and well-appointed Hawaiian-style rooms (all of the oceanfront rooms were renovated in 2008) will sleep four people and have air conditioning, refrigerator or a chiller, cable TV, free use of an in-room safe, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, coffee-maker with daily complimentary tea and coffee and a lanai.
The Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort is a wonderful property for couples or small families desiring a refurbished hotel well-located in Waikiki. The International Marketplace is 4 blocks away and there are many other shops and restaurants within walking distance. All guest rooms are non-smoking.
